BP Realty was founded by Bradford Kline and Peter J. Henry in 2001, and is the master developer of Watkins Mill Town Center. Each partner continues to operate and manage real estate investments unrelated to Watkins Mill from their respective firms.
Bradford Kline & Associates - Over the past twenty five years Mr. Kline has owned projects that have been responsible for the approval of over ten thousand residential lots and four million square feet of office retail in the DelMarVa area. In addition to the mixed use developments, the firm currently owns and develops Apartment buildings in Washington in the Washington Metropolitan area as well as Ocean Front and water front projects in Delaware and the Maryland Eastern Shore.
Capstone Realty, Ltd., founded by Mr. Henry, who has been responsible for more than six million square feet of commercial development. Most recently he has developed Town Center projects in Reston with Lerner Enterprises and Germantown with Chubb Insurance/Bellemead. Mr. Henry is a J.D and C.P.A., and has been a board member and officer of the Reston Town Center Association since 1995.

Rodgers Consulting: headquartered in Germantown, MD is the regional firm most closely associated with New-Urbanism in the Washington area. Their firm's award-winning projects within the City of Gaithersburg include Kentlands, Lakelands, and The Washingtonian.

| Architecture: |
Davis. Carter. Scott: Douglas Carter, AIA, founding member of Davis Carter Scott, of McLean, VA has been involved in all aspects of the planning of Watkins Mill Town Center. Mr. Carter has served on the Reston Town Center Design Review Board for more than 20 years, and was instrumental in formulating many aspects of Reston. He is an outspoken advocate of mixed-used, transportation-oriented development.

Residential developer Classic Communities, will create highly detailed streetscapes and an elaborate amenities package to enhance high-quality residential units at the West End.

The architectural firm of DVA is designing three residential condominium projects with 385 units as part of the mixed use Spectrum at Watkins Mill.
